At Office Products Plus, customer satisfaction is our top concern and we offer full credit on items returned within 30 days of the purchase date.  The items must be in the original packaging in unused condition with all parts and accessories included.

OP+ is unable to accept returns on perishable/consumable items, such as:  food & food products, medical supplies & medicines, special ordered or custom made items & dated goods.

Items determined to be under warranty will be handled using the manufacturer's guidelines.
